Abstract

This article analyzes the impact of the Telegram messenger and short video formats (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) on the attention span of young people. The study examines the negative effects of the constant information flow and the formation of "clip thinking" on cognitive processes. The article provides conclusions on attention fragmentation, dopamine analogy, and the development of a culture of digital information consumption.
