PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PROFESSIONAL EXHAUST SYNDROME IN REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MILITARY BRANCH

This article analyzes the psychological features of the professional burnout syndrome in representatives of the military sphere theoretically and empirically. The article considers the three main components of the professional burnout syndrome - emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and decreased personal achievements in the context of military activity. The study analyzes the stress factors inherent in the professional activities of military personnel, their impact on professional burnout, as well as the protective mechanisms of emotional stability and psychological recovery (resilience). Psychological recommendations for the prevention and correction of professional burnout have also been developed.
