Researchia Press Journals – Editorial & Publishing Policies 

These policies apply uniformly to all journals published by Researchia Press, including:

Researchia Press is committed to ethical, transparent, and high‑quality open‑access scholarly publishing aligned with principles and international best practices.

1. Aims and Scope

Researchia Press journals aim to disseminate original, high‑quality research that advances knowledge across multiple disciplines. The journals encourage multidisciplinary, interdisciplinary, and integrated research that bridges theory, practice, and societal needs.

Scope includes (but is not limited to):

  • Social Sciences and Humanities

  • Education and Pedagogy

All journals publish original research articles, review papers, conceptual papers, case studies, and short communications relevant to their stated focus.

2. Open Access Policy

All Researchia Press journals are fully open access. All published content is freely and permanently accessible online without subscription or paywall barriers.

  • Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without prior permission.

  • No registration is required to access published content.

3. Licensing and Copyright

  • Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0) unless otherwise stated.

  • Authors retain full copyright of their work.

  • Authors grant Researchia Press the right to publish and identify itself as the original publisher.

  • Proper attribution to the original author(s) and source is required for reuse.

4. Peer Review Policy

All journals follow a double‑blind peer review process to ensure academic rigor, fairness, and objectivity.

Peer Review Process:

  1. Initial editorial screening for scope, quality, and ethical compliance.

  2. Manuscripts are reviewed by at least two independent expert reviewers.

  3. Reviewer identities and author identities remain confidential.

  4. Editorial decisions are based on originality, methodology, relevance, clarity, and contribution to the field.

Possible decisions include:

  • Accept

  • Minor revision

  • Major revision

  • Reject

5. Editorial Board and Governance

  • Each journal has an Editor‑in‑Chief and an Editorial Board comprising qualified researchers and academicians.

  • Editorial Board members are selected based on academic expertise, publication record, and ethical standing.

  • Editors act independently and are not influenced by commercial or institutional interests.

6. Publication Frequency

Researchia Press journals are published periodically (quarterly or biannual as stated on individual journal websites).

Articles are published online as part of regular issues after completion of the peer review and editorial process.

7. Article Processing Charges (APCs)

  • Researchia Press journals charge an Article Processing Charge (APC) of EUR 50, payable only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

  • There are no submission fees.

  • The APC covers editorial processing, peer review management, online hosting, and long-term digital preservation.

  • Payment of APCs has no influence on editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated solely on academic merit.

  • Any changes to APCs will be clearly announced on the respective journal websites prior to submission.

8. Ethics and Malpractice Statement

Researchia Press follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Authors’ Responsibilities:

  • Submit only original work.

  • Properly cite all sources.

  • Avoid plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, and redundant publication.

  • Disclose conflicts of interest and funding sources.

Editors’ Responsibilities:

  • Ensure fair and unbiased editorial decisions.

  • Maintain confidentiality of submissions.

  • Address ethical concerns promptly and transparently.

Reviewers’ Responsibilities:

  • Provide objective and constructive feedback.

  • Maintain confidentiality.

  • Declare conflicts of interest.

9. Plagiarism Policy

  • All submissions are screened using plagiarism detection tools.

  • Manuscripts with plagiarism, excessive similarity, or unethical reuse are rejected.

  • Properly cited quotations and references are excluded from similarity assessment.

10. Conflicts of Interest

All participants in the publication process (authors, editors, reviewers) must disclose any financial, institutional, or personal conflicts of interest that could influence the research or its evaluation.

11. Data Sharing and Research Transparency

  • Authors are encouraged to provide access to research data, where applicable.

  • Data availability statements may be included in published articles.

  • Exceptions apply where ethical, legal, or confidentiality issues exist.

12. Archiving and Preservation

  • Researchia Press ensures long‑term digital preservation of published content.

  • Articles are archived on secure servers and through institutional and digital repositories.

  • Persistent identifiers (ISSN and article‑level metadata) ensure long‑term accessibility.

13. Retractions, Corrections, and Complaints

  • Corrections, retractions, or expressions of concern are issued when necessary.

  • Retractions are clearly identified and linked to the original article.

  • Complaints regarding editorial processes or ethics are handled transparently by the editorial office.

14. Advertising and Commercial Policy

  • Researchia Press journals do not carry misleading advertisements.

  • Editorial content is independent of commercial interests.

  • Advertising, if any, does not influence editorial decisions.

15. Ownership and Management

Researchia Press is the sole publisher and administrator of its journals.

  • The publisher maintains full responsibility for editorial policies, ethics, and journal operations.

  • Ownership and management information is transparently disclosed on journal websites.

16. Website and Transparency

Each journal website clearly displays:

  • Aims and scope

  • Editorial board details

  • Peer review process

17. Author Guidelines

  • Manuscripts must follow the journal’s formatting and referencing guidelines.

  • Submissions are accepted through the official online submission system.
