Abstract

This study analyzes the dynamics of heart rate (HR) changes and the intensity of physiological load among student footballers participating in various competitions. Performance indicators from the "Student League," "Five Initiatives," KUAF Cup, Second League, and Universiade tournaments were examined across five physiological zones. The specific characteristics of load distribution in futsal (mini-football) and full-field football competitions were compared. Based on the results, the predominant physiological intensity zones were identified, and practical recommendations were developed to improve the functional readiness of student footballers, individualize training loads, and enhance the effectiveness of their performance in competitions.
