METHODOLOGY FOR DEVELOPING PSYCHOPHYSIOLOGICAL PROPERTIES OF YOUNG FOOTBALL PLAYERS

This scientific article studies the methodology for developing psychophysiological characteristics of young football players and its impact on sports results. During the research, exercises based on special visual and auditory signals were developed and put into practice. The results showed a significant improvement in the physical, functional and psychophysiological indicators of young athletes.
